With years of experience in the global construction industry, Kjell has honed his skills, including keen attention to detail and demanding perfection, that have been instrumental in his work at MVIVO.
As an expert in residential, innovative, and future-proof homes, Kjell invests heavily in the professional development of his foreign and local team in Colombo, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His encyclopedic knowledge, diverse skill set, and analytical approach to predicting the future of housing have earned him a reputation as a visionary in the industry. With his extensive experience and expertise, Kjell provides clients with the highest quality and innovative solutions for their dream homes.

Kjell is married to Eva and has a son, Manuel Silon, named after the beautiful Island of Sri Lanka.

Eva Reubsaet is an experienced executive with a diverse background in sourcing, design, and construction. Her 15 years of experience have allowed her to utilize her knowledge to support the MVIVO team and ensure client satisfaction. As one of the founding directors of the company, she has a keen eye for detail and is an innovative thinker.
Eva takes an active role in all projects, from design to handover. She insists that each project is delivered to the highest possible standard, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality. Eva is also passionate about interior design and styling, and she enjoys exploring new destinations with her family to bring innovative solutions to Sri Lanka.
