Job description
  • You present, promote, and sell MVIVO homes using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • You perform cost-benefit and needs analyses of potential customers to meet their needs.
  • You establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relations.
  • You achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • You continuously improve through feedback.
This is you
  • You have 2+ years of work experience as a Sales Representative/Manager, preferably in the Real Estate Sector.
  • You are highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • You have excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • You have good knowledge of English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
  • You are familiar with CRM practices.
  • You have the drive, enthusiasm, and maturity to work independently.
  • You are not afraid of a challenge not yet known to you.
  • You are willing to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
